SHIPPING

In 2026 we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $69

We do our best to offer same day shipping for all orders received by 2pm.  Orders are shipped using Australia Post - Express. All orders are shipped with tracking so that you will be able to check the status of your delivery

We do not offer pick up at this stage as our warehouse is not open to the public.

 

RETURNS

Change of mind products, unopened, can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Proof of purchase from NPF is required. We do not accept returns of products purchased in other countries or via Amazon. 

Refunds on opened products will be considered on a case by case basis. Please keep in mind it can take 2-3 months for some natural products to make a difference so if your pet is not experience an immediate effect, it simply may be a case of needing a longer adjustment period. 

The function of natural medicine is not to override the body's natural response but rather awaken it to the correction that needs to take place. If the system has been reliant on pharmaceuticals for a period of time the body may need to detox before beginning a new regime. We ask you consult with your holistic or intergrative vet if you are unsure of what steps to take.
